adf.ly not working solved 100% working

To access adf.ly from India is now possible as it was been blocked by the Department of Telecom (DoT)
  
       Now to access adf.ly  there are two ways

1. To access the link or the website (adf.ly)  you will need to add v2. before the the link or the website (for example: you want to visit http://adf.ly/NUmTT you will have to change it to http://v2.adf.ly/NUmTT ) if you don't know you link can copy the link by right clicking and select copy link address.
2. The next option is by downloading a software called TOR you can download it from HERE which allow you to change your IP Address location (this option is specially for Indian Browser ) as it has been blocked in India by DoT. In this option it come with a browser call TorBroser and it is recommended not to insall adobe flash player .  After downloading Click START TOR BROWSER and Click Use a new identity
